Wildcrafted Raspberry leaf - Rubus idaeus - is traditionally used as a uterine tonic to support menstruation, pregnancy, and labor. Some benefits may include regulating the menstrual cycle, reducing morning sickness, decreasing uterine bleeding, increasing milk production quality, and easing some gastrointestinal disorders. While generally considered safe to drink daily, please use with caution while pregnant and/or breastfeeding. It may also contain vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, and zinc.
Origin: Albania/Croatia/Bulgaria
Directions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and steep for 3-4 minutes, or slow-simmer for 2-5 minutes. Strain and drink.

Precautions:
May interact with hormone-sensitive conditions (breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids).

It may not be safe for women with gestational diabetes.
