Refund policy


Delivered, Not received: 
I understand how frustrating it can be when an order is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds will only be issued if the carrier approves the claim. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that may have been stolen after delivery. I can offer a 10% discount on the next order. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns - Nonperishable items:
You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the USPS website) to request a refund. If your refund request is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping fees to return the unwanted item(s); you can choose the shipping carrier. Please include your first and last name along with your shipping address in the email for a refund request.

Exchange - Perishable items:
You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the carrier website) to exchange any expired items for a new one. You may discard the original product. Please send a photo of the perishable item along with your first name, last name, and shipping address in the email.

Replacement - Damaged items:
You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the carrier website) to request a refund or resend for damaged items. You can keep or discard the original product. Please send a photo of the damaged item(s) along with your first name, last name, and your shipping address in the email please. A claim will be filed with the carrier.
