Directions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and steep for 3-4 minutes, or slow simmer for 2-4 minutes. Strain and drink. Drink 1 cup of tea three times per day for best results. 

Precautions:
Speak with a doctor before use if you are taking: blood thinners, blood pressure medication, diuretics (water pills), diabetes medication, or lithium.
Some may experience diarrhea, constipation, and an upset stomach. 
May interact with Anti-diabetes medication.
May interact with Warfarin.
