Organic Motherwort - Leonurus cardiaca - Commonly used as a cardiotonic and to stimulate the uterus. It is also known to treat amenorrhea (absence of a period), dysmenorrhea (painful periods), menopausal anxiety, and postpartum depression. Motherwort has been used for centuries for its calming and soothing properties. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and improves sleep quality. It is also believed to support cardiovascular health, regulate menstrual cycles, and alleviate menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms. 

Origin: Croatia/Bulgaria

Directions: Add 1 teaspoon per 8-12oz of water. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.
