Organic Licorice Root - Glycyrrhiza uralensis - Traditionally known for its anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-viral properties. It has been used to support the lungs, liver, uterus, and kidneys.
Directions: Pour 8oz-12oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons. Steep for 5-10 minutes, strain, and drink.
Alternative: Simmer 1-2 teaspoons in water for 2-5 minutes, strain, and drink.
