Organic Hibiscus Flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa) - cut and sifted. Known as "Red Sorrel" or "Roselle". It is commonly used to reduce cardiovascular risk factors, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. It can also be used for upper respiratory tract pain and inflammation. It also contains Vitamin C.

Anti-diabetic
Anti-oxidant - inhibits oxidation, a reaction that produces free radicals that cause damage to the cells of organisms.
It may help aid in weight loss.
It may help aid in the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Tea Directions: Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of Hibiscus. Cover and steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and drink 1-2 times a day.
Precautions:
Hibiscus may be intercropped with peanuts.
It may contain peanuts or shell fragments.
It may cause blood pressure to drop.
Stop using up to 2 weeks before surgery.
