Organic Hawthorn Berry, Crataegus monogyna, supports your cardiovascular and central nervous systems. Known to improve heart health and circulation. It may help prevent or aid in relieving symptoms of heart disease, edema, angina, and heart arrhythmia.
Origin: Croatia/Bulgaria
Directions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of powder and steep for 3-4 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 times a day.
Can also be blended into food, tea, natural juice drinks, or smoothies. Used for up to 24 weeks with a one to three-month break between uses. It can take anywhere from six to 13 weeks to see improvement.
