Ginkgo Biloba is a tree that produces leaves and seeds used for medicinal purposes. Native to China and has a life span of over 1000 years. It may contain anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It may help reduce anxiety, increase blood flow, and aid in cognitive function.
Origin: China
Directions: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 teaspoon. Steep for 3-4 minutes, strain, and drink.
