Organic Elder Flower - Sambucus nigra - may reduce the duration of a cold and its severity of symptoms such as fever, pain, congestion, and cough. Known for its anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. Contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, and C. 

Directions: Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 teaspoon. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Strain and drink.
