Organic Cramp Bark - Viburnum opulus - Traditionally used to relieve pain, relieve anxiety, and reduce inflammation. Known as a uterine antispasmodic, but may also help relieve the symptoms of cough, colds, ulcers, and kidney problems. 

Origin: Croatia

Directions: Pour 8oz-12oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink. 

Alternative: Simmer 1-2 teaspoons in water for 2-5 minutes. Strain and drink.

Precautions: 
No side effects or adverse events related to cramp bark supplements have been reported

Do not use Cramp Bark if you have an aspirin sensitivity.
