Organic Cold & Flu Symptom Relief Tea - It may help to improve your immune system function before, during, and after a cold or flu. It may help to improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and reduce fever. It contains Vitamins A & B. It may also help alleviate pain associated with a sore throat, aches, and body pain.
Directions: Pour 8oz of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea and steep for 3-4 minutes, or slow-simmer for 2-5 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 times a day until symptoms subside.
Ingredients: Organic Sambucus Nigra, Organic Echinacea Purpurea, Organic Zingiber Officinale, Organic Cymbopogon Citratus, & Organic Matricaria recutita.
Precautions:
Ask before use if you are diabetic, pregnant, or breastfeeding.
May interact with some medicines.
May cause you to sweat.
May cause an allergic reaction (Chamomile).
Do not take it if you have an autoimmune disorder.
Excessive use may cause side effects such as fever, nausea, vomiting, unpleasant taste, stomach pain, diarrhea, sore throat, dry mouth, headache, tongue numbness, dizziness, insomnia, disorientation, and joint and muscle aches.
