Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is a seaweed found in the ocean. Bladderwrack may aid thyroid function, immune and joint health, and healthy skin. Contains high levels of iodine. Bladderwrack may also have the added benefit of assisting in cleansing your circulatory system.
Origin: Canada
Directions: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon per 8oz of boiling water. Strain if preferred; drink tea 2-3 times per day. It can be added to beverages, incorporated into food, and encapsulated. If encapsulated, take 2-3 capsules per day.
