Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is a seaweed found in the ocean. Bladderwrack may aid thyroid function, immune and joint health, and healthy skin. Contains high levels of iodine. Bladderwrack may also have the added benefit of assisting in cleansing your circulatory system.
Directions: Take 1-2 capsules twice a day.
