Returns/Exchange/Replacement Request Form
I understand how frustrating it can be when an order is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds will only be issued if the carrier approves the claim. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that may have been stolen after delivery. I can offer a 10% discount on the next order. Thank you for your understanding.
You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the USPS website) to request a refund. If your refund request is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping fees to return the unwanted item(s), you can choose the shipping carrier. Please include your first and last name along with your shipping address in the email for a refund request.
