Delivery Time Frames

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days*

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days* 

*Times vary based on USPS’s service schedules for pick-up, delivery, and drop-off. During holiday seasons and busy times of the year please expect delays. Tracking numbers are provided with each order. Use the USPS website to track your order once it has shipped.

Returns/Exchange/Replacement Request Form

I understand how frustrating it can be when an order is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located. Unfortunately, replacements or refunds will only be issued if the carrier approves the claim. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that may have been stolen after delivery. I can offer a 10% discount on the next order. Thank you for your understanding.

You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the USPS website) to request a refund. If your refund request is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping fees to return the unwanted item(s), you can choose the shipping carrier. Please include your first and last name along with your shipping address in the email for a refund request. 

You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the USPS website) to exchange any expired items for a new one. You may discard the original product. Please send a photo of the perished-in-transit item along with your first name, last name, and shipping address in the email. 

You have up to 48 hours after the delivery date (the date on the USPS website) to request a refund or resend for damaged items. You can keep or discard the original product. Please send a photo of the damaged item(s) along with your first name, last name, and your shipping address in the email, please. A claim will be filed with the carrier.
